The Retreat at Church Ranch will help in assisting residents to arrange transportation upon request. Our passenger van with a wheelchair lift provides transportation for activity outings.
When it comes to the safety of our loved ones, we are able to fully assist in transportation needs by providing our facility van to transport residents with limited mobility, walkers, or wheelchair needs. We also pair with third-party companies to make scheduled reoccurring appointments monthly.
Our staff is fully trained and certified in transport and elderly care. We strive to ensure each resident is not only dressed appropriately for the weather but also caught up on medication for the duration of the outing or medication is packed with a caregiver, we check for sufficient levels of oxygen and hygiene products that residents may need. We want our residents to feel safe and comfortable being able to commute to any appointments or outings at any given time.
