Staff provides continuous protective oversight as well as assists with medication administration, bathing, personal care, and dressing.  Housekeeping and laundry are provided weekly. Three delicious meals included along with snacks throughout the day.  Cable and internet are provided in all rooms. Transportation to scheduled activities also included.

Higher levels of care are available for residents needing advanced assistance with dressing, showers, personal care, incontinence management, and advanced wheelchair assistance.  Increased support with problems relating to dementia or emotional support is offered.  We can also provide extra support in absence of family that includes pharmacy and physician coordination.

    • Van for transportation

      • Delivery and supervision of self-medication, with reminders
    • Medication administration by certified personal
    • Red Cross Certified First Aid staff
    • ADL assistance
      • Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) with a snack & fruit tray fully stocked and available at all times.
      • Assistance with scheduling any appointments/ordering of any personal items (The Retreat is NOT responsible for making these appointments.
      • Guest meals for family and friends to dine in at the facility for a small fee.
    • Medication

    • Incontinence Supplies: Cost + 10%+ $10.00 Shopping Fee
    • Toiletries: (Family Supplied), or $Cost+10%+$10.00 Shopping Fee
    • Guest meals: $10 per meal
    • Beauty/Barber Shop: Starting out at $12 haircuts, offering perms, color, and styling
    • Diabetic RN Footcare: $45
    • Room Service: $10 for each meal delivered. Breakfast is always free. (Free For illness or with Physician’s order)
    • Unscheduled Transportation: $25+12/Hour
    • Local Phone Service: (Wired Rooms for Phone lines)

    • Mobile Dentist (We have a mobile dentist offering care and appointments here at the facility)
